The 4600 adds:

Home Position Start
Food chute must be pulled to the position closest to the operator to start slicer. This forces the operator to follow proper operating procedures.
Table Lockout
Food chute cannont be removed unless slicer tabe is completely closed. Once table is closed and chute is removed, the table cannot be opened. Knife is fully protected during cleaning.
Automatic Shut-Off
Slicer automatically shuts off after 10 seconds of no chute movement. Saves energy and reduces operator risk.

Vegetable Hopper Slices tubular meats and bulk vegetables. Ideal for lettuce, cabbage, inions, tomatoes and other fruits and vegetables.	Food Fences Helps hold round or rectangular product firmly to ensure qualtiy slices and high yield. Fence is easily adjustable.
