THE HANDLE: All of our Victorinox handles are ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension. They give you a natural fit. In traditional classic rosewood, nylon, and Fibrox®. Our patented Fibrox handles are NSF approved, dishwasher safe, and slip resistant.

THE TRADITION: The R.H. Forschner collection consists of fine cutlery from Switzerland, Germany, France, and Sheffield England.

Balance: Although cutlery steel is naturally sanitary, materials and construction details of the handle should minimize crevices that would offer hospitaltiy to bacteria. Our nylon, Fibrox and Santoprene handles are NSF approved.

Safety: A sure-grip handle with a finger guard is a valuable feature since the handle inevitably gets greasy, wet, or both. Our Fiborx handles are slip resistant when wet for maximum safety.
