Model 4875 Protech™ Series Two Speed Automatic Slicer
Two Speed Chute Drive 40 & 60 Strokes Per Minute

• "Return to Home" Chute
  Food chute automatically returns to the position closest to the operator when the slicer is turned off. The chute must be in this position to start slicer, forcing the operator to follow proper operating procedures.
• Table Lockout
  Food chute cannont be removed unless slicer table is completely closed. Once table is closed and chute is removed, the table cannot be opened. Knife is fully protected during cleaning.
• Automatic Shut-off
  Slicer automatically shuts off after 10 seconds of no chute movement. Saves energy and reduces operator risk.
• Food Chute Interlock
  Prevents food chute drive system from operating when food chute is removed for cleaning.
